"Legs rule. Arms Suck."?? Are you blaming the animators of this commercial for the fact that Riverdance-type dancers don't move their arms?
It's meant to be a statement from the point of view of a riverdancer. Riverdancers do not very much enjoy using their arms. They indeed prefer the legs which obviously rule. The arms therefore, in contrast, suck.
